Terms & Conditions 

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions.  Please retain a copy for your information.

The personal data provided by entrants will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the promotion and at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at www.heineken.co.uk/legal-hub/heineken-brands-privacy-policy).  From time to time, the Promoter may share entrants’ personal data with their agents/representatives to assist with administering the promotion and contacting entrants (as necessary) and/or fulfilling the prize(s).

Promoter: Heineken UK Limited, 6 St Andrew Square, EDINBURGH, EH2 2BD

1. Only open to residents in the UK aged 18 or over, excluding employees of any company in the Heineken group and any person whom, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with this promotion.

2. To book, visit https://www.oldmoutcider.co.uk/kiwioke and click on the event’s OpenTable link. There are 14 pairs of tickets (over 18s only) available for booking via OpenTable. Third party privacy policy and cookie conditions apply. Booking is limited to one per person. To secure the booking on OpenTable, participants must pay a refundable deposit of £10 per table. This deposit will be refunded 24 hours post event. Guests must be 18+.

When all 14 slots are filled or by the 14th of August (whichever arises first), the OpenTable booking system will close. A prize promotion will opened when this booking system closes. To enter visit https://www.oldmoutcider.co.uk/kiwioke and enter name, phone number and email address and consent to the terms and conditions of this promotion before entering. No purchase or deposit required. Entry is limited to one per person throughout the promotion. Entrants must be 18+ 


3. Promotion opens when all 14 booking slots and/or by the 14th of August (booking system open 4th to the 14th of August 2025) and closes at 1pm on the 15th of August 2025 (“Promotion Term”).  

4. Winners will be the first 2 entries drawn at random from all qualifying entries by an independent judge on the 15th of August 2025. 2 tickets per winner. More tickets  to be released to be won if all 14  pairs of tickets are not booked by 14th of August.

5. There are 2 prizes to be won.  Each prize consists of 2 places at the Old Mout Cider Kiwioke Bar experience, on 21st Augus at 59 Greek Street, Soho, London, W1D 3DZ.  More tables slots to be released to prize promotion if all 14 booking slots are not filled by the 14th of August. Travel, spending money and hotel accommodation are not included in this prize. Prize winner and guest must be aged 18 years or over. Tickets are not for resale. All food, Old Mout Cider and water are free and included in the ticket. Release of food or drink is not dependent on singing a song. Old Mout Cider will be served at the discretion of the event staff, the event staff reserve the right to refuse service.

6. Winners will be notified by email by the 15th of August.  If the winner cannot be contacted within 3 working days, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw and select a new winner.  This process will be followed up to a maximum of 2 times to determine a winner. Limited to one prize per household.

7. Winner details will be available via email to oldmoutkiwioke@thisiscow.com upon request from 19th August - 22nd of August.  

8. By entering the promotion, each entrant acknowledges that in the event of a win their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter using the contact details at the end of these terms and conditions. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the entrant’s entry, to the Advertising Standards Authority (and/or any other competent authority) if required to do so. By way of example, this may happen where the Promoter is required to demonstrate it has awarded any advertised prizes. 

9. Entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third parties, bulk entries or automated entries are invalid.  No multiple entries from a single IP address will be valid.  

10. Amended, defaced or photocopied entries are invalid.  Promoter cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen entries OR The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible or delayed entries, such entries will be void.  

11. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt and promoter does not accept any responsibility for the non receipt or the late receipt of message due to operator or network failure or for any associated costs to entrants.  

12. No entries submitted via any other means will be accepted.  The promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the web entry route.  Any mechanical reproduction or automated entries is prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification.  


13. There is no cash or other alternative to these prizes in whole or in part.  Prizes are not transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the prize if it is transferred.   

14. The decision of the promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. The promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions.

16. The Promoter cannot guarantee that the event will be free from disruptions, failings or cancellations.  The Promoter is not liable for such disruptions, failings or cancellations unless they are caused by our negligence.  Any requests for refunds or compensation arising from them should be sent to the operator of the event.  The Promoter can provide you with their details on request.

17. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control.  

18. All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in connection with Old Mout Cider are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and the promoter shall be under no liability whatsoever or however in connection with any loss, damage or injury suffered as a direct result of the provision of Old Mout Cider.  Promoter makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of its negligence.  

19. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook/X/Instagram.  Facebook/X/Instagram is not responsible to entrants in respect of any aspect of this promotion.

20. All taxes (including without limitation national & local taxes) in connection with any prize & the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

21. These rules and any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.  The Promoter and each entrant irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these rules or the legal relationships established by this agreement.
